In this short video I share with you three super tips that we make your clients fall in love with you and will make them want to work with you on a longer term basis.
I want to share with you 4 free marketing ideas that you can use in your business today.
If you want your website to found by the search engines and to have traffic diverted to your site then seriously consider blogging.
The other benefits of blogging is that it enables you to demonstrate your expertise and it builds a relationship with your audience.
Tip: If you’re thinking of what to write about think of the questions your ideal client would type into Google and write about that.
2/ Social Media
Paid advertising on social media is now becoming the norm to attract new prospects, but if you’re on a budget then there are still ways in which free social media can work for you. Create updates and posts aimed towards your ideal client that will get them interested and engaged. The more engagement you receive the more you’ll be seen in people’s timelines.
3/ E-mail Marketing
Sending e-mail newsletters is one of the most effective ways to engage with your prospects and clients. You can do this for free if you signup with an e-mail service provider such as Mailchimp (it’s free up to 2000 subscribers).
E-mailing your subscriber list enables you to:
* build a relationship with your subscribers
* showcase your knowledge and services
* increase sales into your business
Tip: Aim to be consistent in sending out your newsletters.
Extra tip: Include video, audio, photos as well as written materials in your newsletter. Whatever format you use, aim to show your personality in your e-mails as this will differentiate you from other fitpros.
If you’re looking to take your marketing to the next level then why not consider putting together a webinar. A webinar is a live or automated presentation that you can deliver to an online audience.
A typical format involves delivering information that would be valuable to your audience with an offer to purchase your service, program or to apply for a consultation call at the end of the webinar.
Webinars build rapid trust and credibility with an audience which can increase your leads and sales. A webinar software service is usually a paid service, however you’ll find that some companies, such as GoToWebinar will give you a free 30 day trial.
Why not take advantage of a trial and run a webinar within the 30 day period? You can promote your webinar for free using social media, posting about it on your blog and by e-mailing your subscriber list.
Do you have big juicy goals and intentions for your business?
Did you set out with good intentions at the start of the year? Then obstacles got in your way such as time, lack of knowledge and self doubt?
If so, then please know that you’re not alone. Allocating time for you to work ON your business goals can be a juggling act if you’re knee deep in running your busy.
If you’re facing one or several obstacles in your reaching your goals (which is likely to happen at some point) then remember to be flexible in your approach. It’s fine to change your plans. It’s changing your decision to reach your big goal that will stop you from moving to where you want to be.
Tips for reaching your goals
* The key is to keep taking some sort of action, even if it’s imperfect! As long as it’s moving you towards your goal, it’s better than doing nothing.
* If you have a specific goal then break it down into bite-sized steps to avoid overwhelm
* Grab a calendar and set some dates as to when you’ll achieve them.
* Writing your goals down and look at them daily ( there’s something magical that happens once you write this stuff down).
* Visualise yourself hitting your goals. Imagine how you will feel when you’ve achieved them. Do this daily too.
* Share your goals with a friend, mentor or coach. This will further increase your chances of achieving them when you’re accountable to others.
To help you stay on track ask yourself each day ‘Is what I’m doing today getting me closer to where I want to be tomorrow?’
Now go and take action, make it happen!

Catherine Bayman is a personal trainer who is super passionate about helping others with their health and fitness goals. Having started her personal training business 10 years ago she has build up a solid business and reputation with her clients.
Catherine regularly trains clients with early morning starts, and late night finishes, whilst also training clients during the day. As a mother to 4 children, Catherine has a busy family life as well as running and growing her personal training business.
When Catherine approached me for help it immediately became clear that:
1/ Catherine wanted to grow her business but she couldn’t see a way of doing this without sacrificing more of her time.
2/ That she couldn’t find the time to work ON her business
3/ She wanted to have more freedom in her business so that she could spend more time with her family and to travel.
4/ She knew that something would have to change or she was at risk of ‘burning out’.
Catherine signed up for my signature coaching programme on the basis that she was committed to being coached, and that she would do the necessary work to make changes
To start with we looked at where she could make changes quickly in her business that would benefit her current clients in addition to attracting a new client base.
After remodelling Catherine’s services, we worked on the sales and marketing tools to support these such as e-mail marketing, Facebook, lead generation and closing skills (this involves selling and closing with ease so you don’t feel as though you’re actually selling).
As a result of the changes Catherine made in her business, she found that her clients were not only keen to sign up to her offerings but that they were achieving their fitness goals more quickly.
Catherine’s action and determination paid off quickly and within 3 weeks of us working together Catherine had more than doubled her monthly income.
Month after month Catherine has continued to double her income without sacrificing her time. With possibilities to grow her income and business to even greater heights, there’s no limit to where Catherine can now take her business.
