If you’re looking to make changes in your business or life then consider these tips:
– Whatever your situation, if you’re not happy and feeling joy in an area of your life, whether it be in your business, relationships, health or in life consider writing down what your ‘perfect day’ would look like. Imagine and feel how you want to feel. Step into a feeling of possibility and abundance and imagine that the situation is healed. Do this visualisation daily for at least 5 minutes a day.
– Make time for your growth whether it’s reading a book or taking an online class. Take 30 minutes to an hour (without any distractions) so you can think and journal about how you can ‘uplevel’ personally and professionally.
– Really begin listening to your gut, if something feels right then note it, if it feels off then it usually is. A few years ago I turned down an amazing business opportunity. I wondered initially if the feelings were out of fear. As I sat with it in my mind, it didn’t feel like fear, it felt as though taking this path would be the wrong decision. Months later it became clear to me that I had made the best decision, I just didn’t have all the information at that time. I’m so glad that I listened and trusted my gut instinct. If you’re contemplating a big change in your life or business, then give yourself some quiet time and space for you to listen to your inner voice.
